(Associated Press) - Lindsay Lohan Sported A New Accessory Wednesday After A Judge Revoked Her Probation: Handcuffs.
The actress was taken into custody and escorted from a hearing after Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked her probation because she was ousted from a community service assignment at a women’s shelter.

(Carson Griffith and Adam Rathe, Daily News) - Lindsay Lohan was sure acting like a mean girl this week.
The 25-year-old actress caused quite a scene at a New York Fashion Week party Wednesday night at the chic Top of the Standard club. During V magazine’s black-and-white event, a Daily News reporter witnessed Lohan launching a glass full of booze into a crowd and flipping people off.
According to Jasper Rischen, a photographer for the mag, Lohan was aiming for him.
“Wow. Lindsay Lohan is as trashy as they always say. She threw drinks and glasses to me as we tried to take a shot for @vmagazine,” Rischen wrote on Twitter.
If that weren’t bad enough, she missed.
The drink hit a cocktail waitress, reported The Cut, and she wasn’t the only casualty.
While Lohan and her crew, which included her mom Dina and too-old-for-this-sort-of-behavior designer Cynthia Rowley, moved to a different part of the club, the starlet was reportedly seen “sucker-punching a seemingly innocent bystander.”
While those were the only two injuries that the “I Know Who Killed Me” star was actually seen inflicting, there was another, more bloody, occurrence.
A few moments after Lohan’s posse relocated, the lights went on and the music was cut short.
The News saw a female brunette lying on a white leather couch, not far from where Lohan had been sitting, with her legs elevated. When paramedics arrived and moved the woman onto a stretcher, the back of her dress was soaked in blood.
Though the night was ruined for several unlucky bystanders, Lohan’s antics didn’t seem to end the party.
After the woman was wheeled out of the club, the lights were dimmed back down and the music started playing up again.

(New York Post) — Despite being warned to finish her community service for shoplifting and drunken-driving convictions on Thursday, troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan is hoping to jet to St.-Tropez this Thursday and stay until Aug 2.
She has completed just 33 of the 480 hours of her community service, but is already looking forward to parties in the Mediterranean. Problem is, party planners aren’t exactly falling over themselves to invite her to their lavish and sometimes liquor-sponsored bashes. “She’s a liability,” a source said. Lohan’s rep said, “We don’t comment on any [of Lindsay's] travel plans.”

LA (AFP) - A US judge ordered troubled US actress Lindsay Lohan Thursday to sign up for psychological counseling, a key condition of her receiving probation for an alleged jewelry theft.
At an updated hearing on Lohan, who was banned last month from holding parties while in home detention, Los Angeles Superior Court judge Stephanie Sautner said she had three weeks to enroll for one-on-one counseling.
“Trust me, she will be held to that (enrollment) deadline,” Sautner said. “I will not take into consideration, ‘Sorry, I was on the set of the John Gotti movie.’ This will be completed on time,” she said.
The 25-year-old was sentenced to 35 days of home detention in May, as part of a plea bargain over the alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry shop near her home in Venice Beach.
On June 23 she was brought back to court after reportedly testing positive for alcohol, and banned from partying — specifically by having no more than one friend to visit at a time — while she completed her home detention.
On Thursday the judge said Lohan had so far completed 33 hours of the 480 hours of community service she was sentenced to, and attended a counseling course for shoplifters, but had not enrolled yet for psychological counseling.
Her lawyer Shawn Holley said the actress was making efforts to complete the psychological counseling, but could not attend group sessions because of the risk of someone trying to profit from information gleaned.
Lohan had been enrolled in one-on-one counseling sessions at UCLA, but had to end that program due to “financial issues” apparently involving her insurance coverage, the attorney said.
She added that Lohan would complete the counseling requirement.
It is the latest in a long list of legal tangles for Lohan — once the promising child star of hit Disney movies “The Parent Trap” and “Freaky Friday” — who has a reputation for hard partying.
In July last year Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail and another 90 days in rehab for violating her probation in a drunk driving case, but served just 13 days due to prison overcrowding.
She was jailed again in September, but was granted bail after only 15 hours behind bars and subsequently checked into rehab for drug addiction, a course she completed in January.

But now it seems Lindsay Lohan has returned to form, with a sexy photoshoot in Vanity Fair Italy magazine.
The 25-year-old actress looks stunning in the shots, taken by renowned photographer Alan Gelati, and shows off her figure in outfits including a long feathered evening dress and a sexy nude basque.
The photographs were taken at Lindsay’s home in Venice, California, when she was under 35 days of house arrest for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewellery store back in January.
But, in the accompanying interview, Lindsay says she believes she was treated too harshly for her misdemeanours, and should never have been jailed for violating probation after her 2007 DUI conviction.
Asked what she thought of her sentence, Lindsay replied: ‘Unless you’re a killer, I don’t see a reason to stay there. I never hurt anyone but myself.’
Despite having starred in a series of film flops such as I Know Who Killed Me and Labor Pains in recent years, Lindsay is clearly keen to reestablish herself as a serious actress.
And she recently signed up to play Kim Gotti, the wife of John Gotti Jr., in mob boss movie GOTTI: In The Shadow Of My Father.

(Daily Mail Reporter) — Sitting on a deck chair reading the latest movie script and puffing away on an electronic cigarette, Lindsay Lohan looked the picture of happiness yesterday.

But instead of every other young woman enjoying the sunshine in California yesterday, Lindsay was in fact trying to make the most of her house arrest. The 24-year-old actress looked happy and relaxed as she sat on the roof of her Venice Beach property wearing an orange vest top and beige trousers.
However, one thing that Lindsay decided to keep covered up was the ankle monitoring bracelet she is required to wear for the duration of her house arrest – thought to be around 35 days. Lindsay is undergoing her house arrest at a 3,100 square foot beachside townhouse in Venice.
She pays just under $7,100 a month in rent for the property, which features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a rooftop deck which has views of the city. Earlier this month, Lohan was ordered to serve time after pleading no contest to stealing a necklace from a Venice jeweler. She will also complete 240 hours of community service.
And Lindsay also appeared to be engrossed in a movie script she was reading. While it is unknown what Lindsay is planning to do when her house arrest is over, it is believed she is one of the names linked to the lead role in a remake of popular horror movie Carrie.
But during her time under house arrest, Lindsay is making the most of relaxing and is said to have decided to take up some new hobbies to keep herself occupied. A source close to the actress said: ‘(She’s taking the) time to relax, focus on her recovery and figure out her new game plan for her life and career.’
She is also catching up on the latest cinema releases, after tweeting a picture of her television today with the caption: ‘Tron in 3d sony tv!!!!!!!! I am happy! lol xx’
